This was utterly awful. The service was so poor we were going to walk out after it took almost 30 minutes to receive our drinks, we ordered 3 Dr Pepper's and a cocktail.

I get the cocktail takes a few minutes to make but we assumed the Dr. They then brought out our mains still without bringing out our childrens food. Why would they not bring out the kids food with our starter.

Then to top it off they brought the wrong kids food so it had to go back and be cooked again Order not taken for more than half an hour. Mistakes with order and bill. Tiny quantity of food for the cost. Request about birthday forgotten.

The manager was helpful and he did arrange for this to be sorted out after a short wait. Food was amazing and so were the drinks. It's ok but over priced. Pictures on many look amazing in reality very much like all the other chains. Really good! Waitress was really nice. Wish cocktails were 2 for 1 but overall I would definitely come again. Overpriced for what you actually get. Everything is more or less deepfried, or cooked in butter so it is not the most healthy.

The calamari was okay, not keen on the over peppered batter and it also cam e with deep fried red peppers that they use to fill up the portion. The crab mushroom bites were nice, a tad overcooked in butter. Had the seafood feast, the fish was nice and the prawns. There's just not much and overloaded with fries. The coleslaw was tasteless. Also had the baby ribs which was very juicy, came overloaded with fries and coleslaw too.

Looks impressive overall, i guess, however, now that i;ve tried it, I won't be back. By the way, of you want any of the waiters to come to you, you have to flip your sign over red , a little gimmicky as they wouldn't come over otherwise even though there were only like 6 diners around!
